with authorities, securing permits, managing chemical approvals, overseeing on- and offshore NORM compliance, conducting audits and inspections, ensuring emergency preparedness, and handling environmental reporting.

Provided HSE support for a wind developer during the unloading of offshore equipment in Amsterdam and its transportation to Denmark. Responsibilities included defining HSE contracting provisions, organizing contractor audits, aligning HSE requirements, reviewing documentation, developing and implementing HSE site controls such as the permit-to-work system, and ensuring HSE site coverage throughout the operations.

Provided project management support for an international green energy company entering into green hydrogen production. Led two key projects under the barrier management program, focusing on developing competence assurance and technical assurance tools for Safety and Environmentally Critical Elements (SECEs) to enhance major accident prevention strategies.
